The stool is a backer reward item in Obduction that was put in the game for Kickstarter backer and Twitch streamer Patrick Karjala (hi_pat_trick). It is found in the sole explorable building in Downtown Hunrath next to the sewing mannequin.
The stool is a replica of an actual real-life stool crafted by hand by the backer's great grandfather.
